Return & Refund Policy (India Only)

At Next Gear Technologies, we strive to deliver quality products and a smooth experience. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help — under specific conditions mentioned below.

Return Eligibility

  • We only accept returns for:

    • Custom printed items (like DTF prints, UV prints, etc.) with damaged or poor print quality

    • Raw materials (like films, powders, inks, etc.) that are damaged during shipping

  • To be eligible, you must raise a return request within 3 days of receiving the item.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Spare parts (motors, dongles, circuit boards, etc.)

  • Machines (printers, heat presses, etc.)

  • Items that are used, tampered with, or damaged due to customer handling

Return Request Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at gearpark9@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Mention your order number, issue details, and photos/videos of the damaged item.

  3. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

  4. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you find the item to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a replacement for a damaged custom print or raw material, please return the item first. Once accepted, you may place a new order.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of the refund approval status.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund.
